The Execuve posions of the Club<br />
are elected by the common vote of<br />
the members at the Annual General<br />
Meeng, held on the first Wednesday of<br />
November each year, unless adversed<br />
otherwise.<br />
The Execuve members are elected<br />
to control and manage the affairs of<br />
the Club. The Public Officer and the<br />
Auditor are appointed by the Execuve.<br />
The responsibilies for each of the Club<br />
Execuves, and those of both the Public<br />
Officer and the Auditor, can be found in<br />
the Club Constuon.<br />
Any quesons you might have for any<br />
posion not listed on this page should<br />
be directed to an Execuve member<br />
