May 2016 Local Town Pages www.millismedwaynews.com Page 11 Mohawk Pride Puts the Fun in Fundraising By Pam Mustard February and March are usually slow months of the year, but that was hardly the case in Millis where Mohawk Madness gripped the town with a unforgettable comedy night and an equally memorable three on three basketball tournament First on February 27 th local legend Tony V. had the crowd in stitches with his hilarious perspective on the absurdities of life while his comedic colleagues Brad Mastrangelo and Dan Krohn also generated their fair share chuckles from the highly amused and entertained audience. The laugh-filled tripleheader at the Medfield VFW was complemented by a silent auction featuring Red Sox and Celtics tickets along with winetastings, dinners and hotel getaway packages. The over 150 attending also enjoyed a catered buffet and many wonderful raffle prizes.
