Zusammen mit anderen Technologiefeldern , die zuvor nicht angenommen Technologien, von denen einige seit kommerzialisierte Anwendungen weit verbreitet sind, nach und nach wird erneut bestätigt durch westlichen Mainstream-Akademiker. Die nächste Phase ist, wie westliche Mainstream-Medien oder verschiedenen Ebenen (von Nachrichten, Wissenschaft berichtet, Wikipedia) diese Bestätigungen zum Ausdruck bringen wollen.

ABSTRACT: This presentation covers some of low cost, water related commercialized cleantech that is underutilized<br />

or not commonly known to exist at all, <strong>in</strong> areas of 1-Environmental clean<strong>in</strong>g, 2-HVAC improvement,<br />

3- Energy extraction, 4-Industrial processes, 5-Dr<strong>in</strong>k<strong>in</strong>g water generation, 6-Geoeng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g, 7-Desal<strong>in</strong>ation &<br />

wastewater treat<strong>in</strong>g, 8-Selective bio-enhanc<strong>in</strong>g, rust prevention etc. Some of them are convertible for a use <strong>in</strong><br />

field of energy, medical, biology, weather modification, material science with similar advantages. 、<br />

One of such effects not fully expla<strong>in</strong>able by chemistry, yet officially utilized by some non-Western ally nations,<br />

is prolonged "water structure", or/& "activated" electrical charge hold<strong>in</strong>g capacity of ions <strong>in</strong> water. There are<br />

multiple treatment methods that can cause susta<strong>in</strong>ed unique capability <strong>in</strong> pla<strong>in</strong> water for at least 4-5<br />

days and used without added chemical or solutes. e.g. a-As detergent for commercial kitchen, butcher or<br />

heavy oil removal, b-Non foul<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>dustrial cutt<strong>in</strong>g or wash<strong>in</strong>g fluid, c-Hospital operation room, or food<br />

<strong>in</strong>dustry equipment dis<strong>in</strong>fectant, d-Medical: oxygen/hydrophobic drug delivery, sk<strong>in</strong> disease/<strong>in</strong>fection/organ, &<br />

upto conventionally untreatable chronic disease. e-Plant/animal growth <strong>in</strong>crease, & brackish water feed<strong>in</strong>g,<br />

Remov<strong>in</strong>g animal residence odor, f-Increase strength of concrete, ice, paper, g-Enhance flavor of pasta, coffee,<br />

bakery, h-Low emission fuel mak<strong>in</strong>g from subgrade <strong>in</strong>combustible hydrocarbon, i-Display chemical or m<strong>in</strong>eral<br />

effect without chemistry present <strong>in</strong> water. Some exceptionally electrical-active water seems to even function<br />

as "phase catalyst" and used as "pla<strong>in</strong> water concentrate" for similar or more robust effects by dilution.、<br />

Such Scientific Status gap <strong>in</strong> water tech by nations is fairly common and it affects research fund<strong>in</strong>g & market<br />

share of effective processes. e.g: water treatment by Time variant magnetic field & Rotat<strong>in</strong>g/Concentric<br />

Electrode, Far InfraRed waves, Hydrodynamic Cavitation, Sub/SuperCritical water, Non Anthraqu<strong>in</strong>one H2O2,<br />

Emulsion fuel, Cold fusion, Resonance H2O decompos<strong>in</strong>g, Acoustic Pulsed Fire Dewater<strong>in</strong>g, Electro-Scaveng<strong>in</strong>g<br />

effect for ra<strong>in</strong> generation & Cosmic Ray based climate change idea. One reason for discredit<strong>in</strong>g is they might<br />

co-display scientifically & economically disruptive seem<strong>in</strong>g thermodynamic over-unity & nonlocal<br />

phenomena. But low cost effective way to displace chemical based system also have been supported <strong>in</strong><br />

West: Electrooxidation/coagulation or multiple ways of AOP <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g Ozone was backed by European groups<br />

& they are now support<strong>in</strong>g Plasma Activated Water, Thermal Hydrolysis, Membrane Distillation, & various Nano<br />

Filtration etc. Others are accepted but only for certa<strong>in</strong> use: ElectroOsmosis/Poration, Metal ion, 3chamber<br />

electrolysis, Vacuum superheated steam, Steam eductor etc. Overall, previously science contested low cost<br />

clean water tech is <strong>in</strong>creas<strong>in</strong>gly & rapidly adopted even by mult<strong>in</strong>ationals, often accompanied by firm back up<br />

of ma<strong>in</strong>stream media, science, & tech awards. And unless spread of this new paradigm stalls soon, limitation<br />

based "closed system" belief of society will fundamentally shift to no-limit "open system" before 2030.
