The <strong>Lifestyle</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>pets</strong>’ customer service is open on<br />

weekdays from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and can be<br />

reached via telephone or email <strong>for</strong> questions about<br />

orders, services and deliveries to name a few.<br />

Our specialists “Ask the expert” are also available<br />

every weekday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm to answer<br />

any questions the pet owner has. Currently we<br />

are only reachable by telephone or email, but<br />

we are working to develop a live chat to also be<br />

accessible via this channel. We are also looking at<br />

the possibility of expanding the hours to include<br />

evenings and weekends in the near future.<br />

Specialists<br />

The <strong>Lifestyle</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>pets</strong>’ team of specialists includes<br />

veterinarians, behaviourists, other veterinary<br />

professionals and nutritionists. They are<br />

available to answer questions about nutrition,<br />

care, health, education and animal behaviour. All<br />

questions are answered as soon as possible. We<br />

strive to answer questions asked on weekdays<br />

on the same day. Of course it can happen that<br />

a specialist requires more in<strong>for</strong>mation or needs<br />

to find out more about a specific issue. In these<br />

cases, it may be three to four working days be<strong>for</strong>e<br />

the question is answered.<br />

Since the beginning of 2016, the team from<br />

<strong>Lifestyle</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>pets</strong> can be found in their new<br />

home, in the third building of Prins Petfoods,<br />

located at Accustraat 1, in Veenendaal. In<br />

this new office there is space <strong>for</strong> much more,<br />

even including a recording studio.<br />

Here at these premises, Prins will also be<br />

offering an experience centre which will be<br />

open to the public. This will include an animal<br />

café and a museum. A place that offers<br />

an enriching experience that stimulates<br />

the senses of both people and <strong>pets</strong>. Prins<br />

will also be developing various concepts,<br />

such as an animal hotel and an indoor dog<br />

centre, where we can respond to the needs<br />

of today’s consumer who is seeking solutions<br />

that fit his lifestyle.<br />
