The Female Fo
At this point I'm pretty convinced my
coach encouraged me to do this ride
to test my mental stability and sanity,
which consequently only held up until
mile 30 when I considered asking
other cyclists to vote me off the island
or play "I spy with my eye".
Fortunately, I was able to pull myself
out of a state of delirium by redirecting
my focus to why I was there and
considering it the prefect opportunity
to focus on the important issues that I
had been putting off for weeks.
After redirecting my focus, I went deep
into thought about a comment that a
male follower had made on my
Instagram page, questioning my 1 hour
5 minute Sprint Triathlon time. This
incident had been plaguing me for a
while because the guy was so
convinced that I couldn't have finished
in that amount of time and that I
somehow miscalculated; he even went
as far as to re-calculate my time
incorrectly to his liking.
Unfortunately, at t
