Katarzyna Kłaczyńska, LL.M., is an attorney specializing in energy and<br />
environmental matters. She has advised on a number of high-profile<br />
regulatory projects, including acting as a leading counsel for power<br />
sector companies and the Polish government regarding climate change<br />
regulations and developing advocacy strategy concerning revision of the<br />
current Environmental Impact Assessment model on behalf of the Business<br />
Association of Polish Power Plants. She has worked on a number of<br />
environmental and regulatory due diligence projects for the variety of sectors.<br />
She is also experienced in environmental aspects of shale gas investments.<br />
Katarzyna is a member of the New York Bar. She graduated from Jagiellonian<br />
University in <strong>Poland</strong>, and Harvard Law School, where she was granted<br />
Gammon Fellowship for Academic Excellence.<br />

Magdalena Kasiarz-Lewandowska is an advocate and a Senior Associate in<br />
EY Law with ten years of experience in advising on the sale, reorganization<br />
and liquidation of companies with international capital (conducting M&A<br />
transactions and legal audits), advising on the restructuring of capital groups,<br />
including mergers, divisions and transformations of companies, as well as<br />
cross-border mergers. She advised in numerous transactions on shares and<br />
assets related to real estate both on the buyers and sellers side. She also<br />
specializes in providing the ongoing legal assistance in the scope of civil law<br />
and company law, including preparation and negotiation of lease and service<br />
