May at Mayo’s 2016: Dinner and a Show

April 30 was a bright
and sunny day for the 17th edition
of our May at Mayo’s gathering,
one of the best social events of the
year. Oh, what a day! Many members
attended, and we had over 70
beautiful Porsches of all vintages
on display. And again, the gracious
staff at Mayo Performance in Euless
was wonderful with their assistance
and hospitality!

the event with catering from Blue
Mesa Grille of Arlington. Volunteers
Sylva Cohen, Dreanna Belden,
and Dawn Flood made the check-in
process flow seamlessly. The catering
staff was wonderful, the food
was great, and the blue corn cheese
enchiladas were a big hit!! We received
numerous comments from
members about how much they enjoyed
the occasion. A show of hands
indicated that roughly 12-15 people
were attending their FIRST MRPCA
event! Wow! Tom Martin met new
members Joel Vennard and his
lovely wife, who recently relocated
from France to Dallas. They were
thrilled by the celebration and plan
on attending many more upcoming
events.

just for the Concours, which kicked
off Maverick Region’s Concours
