Section 2c - Pastoral Arrangements<br />
School Trips & Visits Policy<br />
The School has a Trips and Visits Policy which can be found on the School website<br />
www.ratcliffe-college.co.uk. The Senior Deputy Head is the Educational Visits Co-ordinator (EVC) for<br />
the School and parents are asked to contact him if they have any questions or comments regarding School<br />
trips and visits.<br />
Throughout the School year all children across the School have the opportunity to experience topic related<br />
trips and visits and the cost will be added to the termly fees. There may be day trips or larger residential<br />
trips (Preparatory School and Senior School only).<br />
<strong>Parents</strong> will be sent details of trips and visits in advance and prior consent will be sought for all trips. We<br />
expect all Preparatory School children to attend the residential trips offered in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 as they<br />
form a valuable part of the curriculum.<br />
