Section 2f - Pastoral Care Arrangements<br />
Sixth Form areas and other designated Senior School areas, the Preparatory School and the Nursery can<br />
only be visited by those in the appropriate Year groups, or with express permission from a member of<br />
staff.<br />
The classroom hexagons, except during lesson and prep time, can only be visited by those collecting<br />
something from their own locker room.<br />
The following areas of the School are out of bounds:<br />
The corridor at the front of school by Main School Reception, unless signing in and out.<br />
The Headmaster’s corridor.<br />
The Fountain lawn.<br />
The South Terrace, front of main school and the new playground area adjacent to the Sport Hall<br />
car park between 7.45am and 8.45am each morning.<br />
All car parks.<br />
The sports hall, swimming pool and surrounds, changing rooms, theatre, music hall, all-weather<br />
pitch and tennis courts except for staff supervised lessons and activities.<br />
The woods and playing fields beyond the cricket nets and score box, the Aerodrome buildings<br />
and playing fields, Astro turf/track.<br />
The area around the Maintenance Department and the farm.<br />
The School cemetery.<br />
All areas around private staff accommodation in the grounds and in the main School building.<br />
All roofs and fire escapes (except in cases of emergency when the alarm sounds).<br />
The front and back drives, except for access.<br />
Boys must not visit the girls’ boarding house.<br />
Girls must not visit the boys’ boarding house.<br />
Areas of School that are Out of Bounds<br />
Day students must not visit either the girls’ or boys’ boarding houses, or the boarders’ lounge.<br />
The Drama Theatre and adjoining corridor and toilet are out of bounds during break and lunch<br />
times.<br />
