restaurant esthetically is a must to see. And the<br />
food? "It is the food I grew up on. Real Italian<br />
Tuscany food from my mother. Here let me<br />
introduce you to the cook now. He is 75! He has<br />
been with the family a long time." he says and<br />
the cook <strong>com</strong>es out of the kitchen! Adorable. He<br />
shakes my hand and says, "I have to go back to<br />
work now!" and runs back into the kitchen. The<br />
atmosphere is chic and sophisticated yet<br />
the clientele? "1/2of the guests that<br />
<strong>com</strong>e here are local Florentines. And<br />
Americans love it. I love Americans.<br />
They're always nice and friendly. And of<br />
course the rest of the tourists too. I know<br />
everybody that <strong>com</strong>es here from<br />
Florence since I grew up here. I enjoy<br />
that and they're my friends."<br />
The menu is amazing and they have my<br />

"The entire restaurant now is me. I renovated it<br />
to reflect me. Yet my mom and dad started the<br />
restaurant in 1969. My mother cooked for 20<br />
years. I took it over when I am 25, about 20<br />
years ago. When I am 5 years old I said to my<br />
dad, "I want to do the business." I brought<br />
bread to the table at the age of 5. Everybody<br />
said, O he is real cute...etc. I loved it. I love it<br />
now. The business that I am doing is the one<br />

"46," now and everyday he enjoys life. "ME?"<br />
He asks when I say what do you do for fun?<br />
"Wow. I guess I relax on my days off. I go to the<br />
beach in the summer. And I hunt wild boar.<br />
"Yes on real horses. Me and my 6 friends<br />
ride horses and we do the hunt like the<br />
fox hunting. And I shoot the wild boar from<br />
my horse.And we bring it here and the<br />
cook makes us dinner. The 6 of us. And
