Skyworld celebrates two milestones<br />

Top off ceremony to mark early completion of Ascenda Residences and<br />

announcement of new 1-km flyover.<br />

IN RECORDED history, the orang asli<br />

were the earliest inhabitants of the<br />

mukim, now named Setapak, after its<br />

headman Batu Tapak - that was then, the<br />

19th Century, to be exact. Today Setapak<br />

A topping-off ceremony, staged at<br />

the rooftop of Ascenda, marked the<br />

auspicious occasion, officiated by guests of<br />

honour YB Dato’ Ahmad Fauzi Bahari, MP<br />

Setiawangsa, and YBhg Datuk Hj Mohd<br />

Najib, Pengarah Eksekutif Perancangan,<br />

DBKL, accompanied by Datuk Ng Thien<br />

Ping, Founder and SkyWorld Group<br />

Managing Director. Present to witness the<br />

ceremony were SkyWorld’s Deputy Group<br />

Managing Director Mr Lam Soo Keong,<br />

Chief Operating Officer Mr Lee Chee Seng<br />

and Chief Financial Officer Mr Siew Chee<br />
