HEALTH<br />
Water represents 60% of our body’s composition,<br />
so it is necessary its daily consumption to fulfill<br />
important functions in our body such as: regulation<br />
of body temperature, digestion of nutrients,<br />
hydration of body cells, prevents the friction of the<br />
body joints, maintain skin tone, it allows organs to<br />
work better, and all biochemical reactions in the<br />
body need water.<br />
A person who does not consume the necessary<br />
amount of water, can suffer some of the following<br />
problems: kidney diseases, urinary, premature<br />
aging, fatigue, constipation, dehydration and<br />
death.<br />
The amount of water needed for a people is measured<br />
based on kilograms of the body’s weight,<br />
the activities carried out by the person, such as<br />
people who work or perform activities and if they<br />
have any pathological condition where they need<br />
to control water consumption such as kidney<br />
diseases, blood pressure among others.<br />
Water should be consumed throughout the day in<br />
its natural form, however we consume foods that<br />
are high in liquids such as fresh fruits, vegetables<br />
and natural fruit juices.<br />
Enjoy the summer responsibly is to take care of<br />
our health, and part of that care is proper hydration,<br />
