before US Citizenship and Immigration Services and the<br />

immigration court; English for speakers of other languages (ESOL)<br />

classes; civics classes; and counseling on resources for housing,<br />

financial, and health needs.<br />

(OBT) provides free services for the immigrant community of<br />

Bushwick and the surrounding area. By collaborating with reputable<br />

pro bono immigration lawyers, OBT assists in filing the following<br />

applications: naturalization, renewal of green card, certificate of<br />

citizenship, and deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA). In addition,<br />

OBT also provides preparation classes for citizenship exams,<br />

English classes for speakers of other languages, computer classes,<br />

and entrepreneurship training. Must call to make an appointment. No<br />

Emerald Isle Immigration Center (EIIC) provides essential information<br />

on the procedures for most immigration matters such as reentry<br />

permits, lost or replacement green cards, all visa types, and more.<br />

EIIC also offers a citizenship program, by appointment, where you<br />

can be photographed and assisted with the application forms. EIIC’s<br />

mental health program includes individual counseling and referrals<br />

for depression, relationship issues, and all forms of substance abuse.<br />

EIIC can also provide assistance with a range of questions to anyone<br />

who is 60 or older. Call for more information about therapy available<br />

in the Bronx office with a licensed clinical social worker.<br />

CAMBA provides legal advice, application assistance, and representation<br />

to individuals and families in need of the following immigration<br />

services: citizenship and naturalization, deferred action of childhood<br />

arrivals (DACA), temporary protected status (TPS), family-based<br />

petitions, VAWA self petitions, visas for victims of domestic violence,<br />

asylum application, and other immigration matters. Eligible to<br />

Brooklyn residents who meet income guidelines.<br />
