of the mouth and throat.<br />

Preliminary evidence suggests that<br />

Amaranth seed can reduce total cholesterol<br />

and LDL, while increasing HDL,<br />

but Amaranth muffins failed to reduce<br />

cholesterol levels in hypercholesterolemic<br />

adults beyond the reduction<br />
