Velveeta Fudge<br />
4 boxes powdered sugar<br />
4 sticks butter- real unsalted<br />
1 cup cocoa<br />
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (small)<br />
1 T. vanilla extract<br />
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)<br />
Mix powdered sugar and cocoa then<br />
set aside. Melt cheese and butter<br />
together then add vanilla. Pour cheese/<br />
butter mixture into powdered sugar<br />
and cocoa mixture. Mix well. Fold in<br />
pecans. Pour into buttered dish and<br />
cool. Cut into squares.<br />
*Recipe can be cut in half.<br />
