Towamencin Condominium dated 2/8/74 in and recorded 3/4/74 in Deed Book 3925, Page 273 and as amended by<br />

amended dated 5/9/74 and recorded 5/14/74 in Deed Book 3942, Page 83 and further amended thereto by second<br />

amendment dated 3/3/75 and recorded 3/3/75 in Deed Book 4009, Page 197 being designated in such Declaration Plan<br />

as Buildings Unit 325 as more fully described in such Declaration Plan and Declaration. Building #30.<br />

TOGETHER with an undivided interest in the common elements (as defined in such Declaration of Condominium)<br />

of .312<strong>50</strong>% which interest may be reduced to not less than an undivided .18790% interest within seven years from<br />

the date of Recordation of the Declaration of Condominium, by the execution and recorded by Grantor of one or more<br />

amendments to the Declaration of Condominium pursuant to an in accordance with provisions of Section 7 of<br />

Declaration of Condominium, as amended.<br />

aforesaid; thence extending along the same the 2 following courses and distances, viz: (1) South 27 degrees,<br />

15 minutes, 6 seconds West, 137.77 feet to a point of curve Southeastwardly on the arc of a circle curving to the left<br />

with a radius of 225 feet the arc distance of 32.11 feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.<br />
