Nominations by the general membership for the Office of Director or members of the
Judiciary Committee, together with the consent of the nominee, shall be submitted in writing to the
Secretary, who shall include the nomination in the notice to be given at the Annual Meeting.
No two of the Directors to be elected shall be from the same firm. Judiciary Committee members shall
have been members for at least five years at the time of their election. In order to meet a mailing
deadline, the Secretary requests that such nominations by the general membership be submitted before
Tuesday, December 18, 2007.
