Notice is hereby given that the above was named as<br />
defendant in a civil action instituted by plaintiff.<br />
This is an action to recover delinquent real estate taxes<br />
for the year 2005 for the property located at 90 Byberry Road,<br />
Huntingdon Vly., PA 19006, Tax Parcel 41-00-01777-00-9.<br />
A lien in the amount of $4,777.14 was filed on or<br />
about November 16, 2006, for this claim and a Writ of<br />
Scire Facias was filed.<br />
You are hereby notified to plead to the writ in this<br />
case, on or before 20 days from the date of this<br />
publication or a Judgment will be entered.<br />
If you wish to defend, you must enter a written<br />
appearance personally or by attorney and file your<br />
defenses or objections in writing with the court.<br />
You are warned that if you fail to do so, the case may<br />
proceed without you and a judgment may be entered<br />
against you without further notice for the relief<br />
