William W. Groff and Marry M. Groff, his wife, their heirs and assigns, in fee.<br />

AND the said William W. Groff departed this life on 9/5/2001 whereby premises vested to Mary M. Groff by right<br />

of survivorship.<br />

measured Northeastwardly still along the center line of Greenwood Road on the arc of a circle curving to the right<br />

having a radius of 3,428.72 feet from a point of curve in the same, said point of curve being measured Northeastwardly<br />

still along the said center line of Greenwood Road at the distance of 229.59 feet measured on a bearing of North 47 degrees,<br />

19 minutes East from a point of tangent in the same, said point of tangent being at the distance of 169.70 feet<br />

measured Northeastwardly along the said center line of Greenwood Road and its extension.<br />

BEING the same premises which Stephen P. Watts and Leah M. Watts, f/k/a Leah M. Price, by Deed dated May 30, 1997,<br />

and recorded June 5, 1997, in Deed Book 5187. Page 2388, granted and conveyed unto Michael A. Roberto and<br />

Rochelle A. Mangiaruga, in fee.<br />

AND THE SAID Rochelle A. Mangiaruga has since married and is now known as Rochelle A. Roberto.<br />
