and last revised 02/19/1957, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the title line in the bed of West Park Avenue (41.5 feet wide) at the distance of 172.69 feet
Northeasterly from the said point of intersection of the extended title line of Woodland Avenue (41.5 feet wide) with
the title line of West Park Avenue; thence extending along the title line in the bed of West Park Avenue North 43 degrees,
53 minutes, 10 seconds East, 150.34 feet to a point in line of Lot #7 on said plan; thence extending by the same South
45 degrees, 51 minutes East, 199.27 feet to a Northern line of other land of said Frank Cicchiello et ux.;
thence extending by the same South 44 degrees, 9 minutes West, 94.84 feet to a point and still be the same South 46 degrees,
40 minutes East, 38.89 feet to a point in line of Lot 1-A on said plan; thence extending by the same South 43 degrees,

BEING the same premises which Frank Cicchiello and Maria Cicchiello, his wife by Indenture bearing the date of
May 25, 1961 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for the County of Montgomery at Norristown,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on May 26, 1961 in Book 3168, Page 4 granted and conveyed unto William W. Groff
and Mary M. Groff, his wife, their heirs and assigns, in fee.
AND ALSO being the same premises which Frank Cicchiello and Maria Cicchiello, his wife by Indenture bearing
the date of December 27, 1963 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for the County of
Montgomery at Norristown, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Book 3315, Page 1144 granted and conveyed unto
William W. Groff and Marry M. Groff, his wife, their heirs and assigns, in fee.
AND the said William W. Groff departed this life on 9/5/2001 whereby premises vested to Mary M. Groff by right
of survivorship.
BEING the same premises which Mary M. Groff, widow by Indenture dated the 21st day of December 2001 and
recorded February 26, 2002 in and for the Recorder of Deeds Office of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book 5397, Page 947, granted and conveyed unto Joseph J. Ford, Jr. and Colleen Ford, husband and wife, in fee.
TITLE TO SAID PREMISES IS VESTED IN Joseph J. Ford, Jr., by Deed from Joseph J. Ford, Jr. and
Colleen Ford, dated 04/28/2005, recorded 05/12/2005, in Deed Mortgage Instrument #2005068700.

The improvements thereon are: Residential property.
Seized and taken in execution as the property of Joseph J. Ford, Jr. at the suit of Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.

of 5,136.75 feet from a point of reverse curve in the same, said point of reverse curve being at the distance of 299.21 feet
measured Northeastwardly still along the center line of Greenwood Road on the arc of a circle curving to the right
having a radius of 3,428.72 feet from a point of curve in the same, said point of curve being measured Northeastwardly
still along the said center line of Greenwood Road at the distance of 229.59 feet measured on a bearing of North 47 degrees,
19 minutes East from a point of tangent in the same, said point of tangent being at the distance of 169.70 feet
measured Northeastwardly along the said center line of Greenwood Road and its extension.
BEING the same premises which Stephen P. Watts and Leah M. Watts, f/k/a Leah M. Price, by Deed dated May 30, 1997,
and recorded June 5, 1997, in Deed Book 5187. Page 2388, granted and conveyed unto Michael A. Roberto and
Rochelle A. Mangiaruga, in fee.
AND THE SAID Rochelle A. Mangiaruga has since married and is now known as Rochelle A. Roberto.
ALSO BEING the same premises which Michael A. Roberto and Rochelle A. Roberto, husband and wife, by Deed
dated May 3, 2005, and recorded May 17, 2005, in Deed Book 5554, Page 928, granted and conveyed unto
