Hampton Downs International Motorsport Park now a
unique conference and corporate event destination
The NEW Hampton Downs International
Motorsport Park now offers unique
corporate event opportunities and world
class conference facilities.
After a $30m upgrade,
the motorsport track
and entertainment
facility which is located on
the northern boundary of the
Waikato region and central to
both Hamilton and Auckland,
was relaunched in late October
last year in grand style with a
major motorsport event, headlined
by the Australian GT
series.
While it will remain the
home of motorsport and car
manufacturer events, the venue
has been purposely set up to
cater for the corporate events
and conferencing market.
The rooms
There are 14 different rooms,
which will cater to all size
groups. From the Pavilion,
which can seat 400 people for
a gala dinner to the smallest
room situated at the Go Karts
with sweeping views of the
track.
Twelve brand new suites
have been built above the pit
garages, which can accommodate
groups of 10 to 200.
Below is a summary of the
rooms we have available and
capacities.
Whether it’s a management
meeting of 10 people or a gala
dinner for 400, we have the
facility for all occasions.

activities

A standard inclusion for
any corporate event or conference
is a session on the
new 840m Hampton Downs
International Go Kart track.
A great and affordable way
to build confidence and a little
fun competition between staff
and/or customers.
Other team building activities
include Electronic Skeet,
4WD track experience, Skid
Pan experience, driver training
and taking to the track
in your own cars. We also
have a number of high performance
cars available for hot
laps, including a Lamborghini
Huracan, VF Lexus, Tony
Quinn’s Porsche GTS RS and
Greg Murphy’s championship

Onsite self contained apartment
accommodation
Positioned trackside are
Hampton Downs’ apartments,
offering affordable quality
two bedroom accommodation.
All apartments are two
bedroom, with a choice of
king or two single beds in
each room. Some apartments
have the option of a foldout
double bed in the living area.
From your balcony and
living area you can enjoy
panoramic views of the motorsport
park and circuits. The
spacious self-contained apartments
have a fully equipped
kitchen and laundry.

Mint Kitchen is our exclusive
caterer and brings a wealth
of expertise and experience to
the table.
You can count on the quality
of the food and beverages
and the service it will provide

Mint Kitchen can design a
menu for all occasions from a
