To address the problem of polluted runoff, in 2013 the<br />

City of Seattle passed a resolution requiring the City’s<br />

Green Stormwater Infrastructure to manage 700<br />

million gallons of runoff by 2025 (SPU, 2015). Although<br />

the beneficial results of green infrastructure are<br />

increasing significantly, there is still a large “to be<br />

determined” gap to fill.<br />

Green Infrastructure is incredibly important.<br />

But it is not enough.<br />

How will we close this gap?<br />
