“Vision” celebrates its 10th anniversary<br />
<strong>in</strong> <strong>2012</strong>. The festival is meant<br />
for young people, <strong>in</strong>troduc<strong>in</strong>g jazz<br />
and improvisation. This year’s topic<br />
is bigband music. Both local and<br />
foreign performers are expected.<br />

The camp-festival started <strong>in</strong> 2002<br />
with the aim of ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g the<br />
tradition of bagpipe play<strong>in</strong>g. There<br />
is always another <strong>in</strong>strument as<br />
well, for example Jew’s harp, viol<strong>in</strong><br />
or zither. The campers are supervised<br />
by prom<strong>in</strong>ent <strong>Estonia</strong>n bagpipe<br />
players and one from abroad.<br />
The festival ends with a huge concert<br />
<strong>in</strong> the Town Hall Park <strong>in</strong> Viljandi.<br />
