Student Theatre Days is the only<br />
festival <strong>in</strong> <strong>Estonia</strong> for amateur student<br />
theatre groups. It takes place<br />
for the 10th time <strong>in</strong> <strong>2012</strong> and has always<br />
b<strong>ee</strong>n held <strong>in</strong> Viljandi. Student<br />
theatres from all over <strong>Estonia</strong> come<br />
together every year, perform, get<br />
f<strong>ee</strong>dback from theatre professionals<br />
and learn different theatrical skills<br />
and knowledge <strong>in</strong> workshops. In cooperation<br />
with the F<strong>in</strong>nish Student<br />
Theatre Union, some groups always<br />
come from F<strong>in</strong>land.<br />

The Tall<strong>in</strong>n Treff Festival, established<br />
2006, is an <strong>in</strong>ternational festival<br />
which offers a wide variety of enterta<strong>in</strong>ment:<br />
dance, drama, puppet<br />
theatre, performance art, visual<br />
theat re, music and art. The ma<strong>in</strong> objective<br />
of the festival is to <strong>in</strong>troduce<br />
the magnifi cent world of perform<strong>in</strong>g<br />
arts <strong>in</strong> its full diversity. The festival<br />
takes place on the str<strong>ee</strong>ts and <strong>in</strong><br />
venues near the <strong>Estonia</strong>n Puppet<br />
and Youth Theatre <strong>in</strong> 1 Lai Str<strong>ee</strong>t,<br />
fi ll<strong>in</strong>g the whole quarter with a fusion<br />
of perform<strong>in</strong>g arts.<br />
