with high-performance polyester paint system (nominal film thickness 20mm) and 7mmthick

Specifications and Properties
Available in a wide range of colours and gloss range, realcolor® Primero conforms to JIS
G3312 Standard, with typical dimensions (BMT) of thickness of 0.35-1.20mm, width of 914-
1219mm and zinc coating of minimum Z18; other physical properties are as follows:
Performance-wise, realcolor® Primero meets industry standards for product compliance
tests, i.e., flame (BS 476 Parts 6 and 7: fire propagation and surface spread), RoHS (Restriction
of Hazardous Substances) and REACH
(Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation
and Restriction of Chemicals).
