Today, BORA Professional is seen as an original
system with character that has set new
standards. Ten years after its market launch
in 2007 it has already become one of our
classics. Just like the further-developed
version Professional 2.0, the Professional
system also boasts a large range of
cooktops with extra-deep dimensions and
outstanding performance. t also offers
plenty of space to cook with two large pans
placed directly behind one another. The
Tepan grill is big enough to fry eight steaks
at the same time or up to 8 kg of meat in
one go.
Depending on your personal preference, you
can opt for the sleek look of flush-mounted
installation or the raised look of the surfacemounted
version. Whether you prefer
kitchen counters or an island, exhaust air or
recirculation, BORA Professional works
perfectly for every kitchen configuration.
Every room layout is planned individually. If
you opt for an exhaust system, the cooking
vapours are transported to the external wall.
Our powerful fans draw cooking vapours
and odours out of the kitchen efficiently.
One fan generates an exhaust performance
of up to 6 metres; for longer stretches, a
second fan can also be used as a simple and
effective solution. To eliminate odours in the
recirculation system, you can either use the
compact ULB1 or, if you have more space,
the larger B activated charcoal filter
system that only has to be serviced every
other year. In 2016, BORA Professional
received the Iconic Award from the German
Design Council – an initiative of the German
Bundestag founded in 1953 – which is
awarded for the design and function of the
best of the best systems. BORA Professional
has created the market for cooktop extractor
systems and sent out a signal for innovation
and design in a whole new environment.
