Read - <strong>Numbers</strong> 20:23-21:9<br />

• Change happens. One change that I have experienced this year is:<br />

• My responses when change impacts me include: (Circle)<br />

<strong>Numbers</strong> 20:23-29<br />

• Emotions aren't wrong but are a normal part of change, especially loss. A change that affected my feelings was:<br />

brother, live. Look to<br />

Jesus now and live."<br />

<strong>Numbers</strong> 21:1-3<br />

•When I lose someone I counted on, sometimes I need to step up, like Eleazar. When faced with grief<br />

or change, I have:<br />

Backed away from responsibility. I just felt paralyzed<br />

Lashed out based on my feelings instead of living by Truth.<br />

Stepped up to responsibilities. I honor the person I lost by living out what I learned from<br />

them<br />

I really haven't experienced change or loss in my life. I will decide now to step up when<br />

the time comes, and learn from my leaders while I can.<br />

• Have I ever been attacked for going a new direction that God wanted me to go? Yes<br />

• At times, I want a change to happen, but the process is not easy. It takes so long! The Israelites were examples of what<br />
