USES FOR CORNER LOTS<br />
18 Where a zoning map indicates that the permissible <strong>use</strong>s of lots fronting on intersecting<br />
streets are not the same, the <strong>use</strong> permissible for a corner lot shall be the same as that<br />
applicable to the street upon which the proposed building or other <strong>use</strong> is intended to<br />
front, regardless of the other permissible <strong>use</strong>s of such corner lot as indicated on the map<br />
unless the zoning map distinctly shows it otherwise.<br />
MOBILE HOMES<br />
19 The <strong>use</strong> of <strong>land</strong> for a mobile home shall be a permissible <strong>use</strong> of <strong>land</strong> only in a T Zone<br />
and then only in accordance with the regulations in a T Zone as provided in this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong>.<br />
FEES<br />
19A(1) An application to amend this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong> or modify any of the provisions of this <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong><br />
must be accompanied <strong>by</strong> a fee at the time of making such application, which fees shall<br />
be:<br />
Minor Variance $ 45<br />
Amendment to By-<strong>law</strong> $ 120<br />
Contract Development $ 120<br />
l9A(2) The applicant for an amendment to the <strong>by</strong>-<strong>law</strong> or contract development or an<br />
amendment thereto shall deposit with the clerk an amount estimated <strong>by</strong> the clerk to be<br />
sufficient to pay the costs of all advertising required in respect of the application, and<br />
after the advertising has been completed, the applicant shall pay to the clerk any<br />
additional amount required to defray the cost of advertising or, if there is a surplus, the<br />
clerk shall refund it to the applicant.<br />
