Good time to sell old<br />

home, buy new<br />

With inventories at notable lows, a growing<br />

number of homeowners agree that now<br />

is a good time to sell a home and get an<br />

optimum sale price, according to the quarterly<br />

Housing Opportunities and Market<br />

Experience survey from the National Association<br />

of Realtors.<br />

During the second quarter, 76 percent of<br />

Midwest homeowners responded that now<br />

is a good time to sell. The reason? Home<br />

prices are being driven up, by bidding wars<br />

among buyers competing for the limited<br />

supply of available homes, and by low<br />

mortgage rates.<br />

Here’s what’s new in new homes:<br />

Fischer & Frichtel’s luxury villas selling<br />

quickly in St. Albans<br />

Set on a tree-lined plateau with commanding<br />

views of St. Albans, Village View<br />
