The 18th Annual Ballwin Triathlon
is at 6:45 a.m. on Sunday, July 16 at the
North Pointe Aquatic Center, 335 Holloway
Road in Ballwin. Open to individuals
of all ability levels, age 9 and up. The
race consists of a 300-yard swim, 9-mile
bike ride and 3.4-mile run. The fee is $30
through June 24; $40 thereafter. Raceday

A Home Alone class is from 9-10:30

Hospital, North Medical Office Building,

especially for children ages 9 to 11 who
may be staying home alone for the first
time or need to learn more skills for
parents to be comfortable leaving them
home alone. Topics include handling
the unexpected, stranger danger, simple
first aid, dealing with loneliness and
boredom, storm safety, trust and honesty.
