Close your eyes and be aware of your energy—your awareness—and expand out. Don’t<br />
stress about perfection; this will just occur because you’re asking for it. Fill your body,<br />
like it’s a baby beach ball you’re going to blow up in all directions. Expand the energy to<br />
fill your body. Fill your house. Keep expanding out, 360 degrees in all directions so that<br />
you’re filling your whole city, your whole state, and the whole country—moving out<br />
around the world, then 200,000 miles, 300,000 miles. 500,000 miles. You will probably<br />
start feeling light because you’re being more of the infinite being you are.<br />
Now that you are out here, Welcome Home! This is probably the closest you’ve been to<br />
the real YOU. Then ask yourself: If I were the infinite being that I truly be—who would I<br />
be right now? Just experience that energy/awareness because it’s going to be very<br />
different than your normal space. The more you do his, the more expansive it will be. It’s<br />
like going to the gym. Doing your sit-ups a few days in a row doesn’t show a change,<br />
however, after a while, it will. Do this a few times a day, and watch your awareness<br />
change.<br />

How to Stay Outside the Insane Asylum<br />
When you feel yourself being pulled back into the insane asylum, a few things might be<br />
happening. You may be allowing your past to keep sneaking in and pulling you back so that<br />
you are right back in your “stuff”—the lie and all the trauma and drama. Or you’re projecting<br />
yourself so far ahead that you actually feel the potency of what could be and that freaks you<br />
out because it’s so big.<br />
