splendid weeks, August 11<br />
through August 25, giving us<br />
all an excuse to “go out”, so<br />
let’s do it!<br />
Let’s make some changes! Seems<br />
there is a misconception that<br />
the restaurants in the Inland<br />
Empire are boring, underachievers,<br />
same old thing…..really? Anyone<br />
who claims that is not aware of<br />
the culinary jewels we have in the<br />
Inland Empire. The region is full of<br />
unique restaurants, from mom and<br />
pop diners to full on five star chefs!<br />
Hang up the apron, avoid the<br />
dishes, and try something new…<br />
or revisit an old favorite. Let’s face<br />
it – it’s hot and who wants to slave<br />
over a hot stove…..who? Our local<br />
chefs that’s who! Let’s support<br />
them, let’s add revenue to our local<br />
economy, let’s just go out.<br />
August 11 – August 25 is our<br />
excuse to find a new place, discover<br />
what’s in our own backyard<br />
and brag about the delicious lunch<br />
or dinner you’ve experienced. This<br />
year wineries and craft breweries<br />
have been added with restaurants<br />
featuring special offers. All of us<br />
who live, work, and play in the<br />
Inland Empire should be proud<br />
of the culinary options we have<br />
here. So, let’s make that change –<br />
let’s dine out, let’s give it a review<br />
on Yelp, or at least brag about<br />
our restaurants on social media!<br />

showcasing a variety of restaurants,<br />
craft breweries and wineries<br />
throughout the Inland Empire.<br />
Participating restaurants feature<br />
their specialties by creating a<br />
multi-course fixed price menu<br />
for lunch and/or dinner. Inland<br />
Empire craft breweries and wineries<br />
can feature a craft beer flight<br />
or wine tasting and, if desired, a<br />
simple appetizer to enhance a pairing.<br />
This two-week dining event<br />
not only introduces new customers<br />
to restaurants, craft breweries,<br />
and wineries, but is intended to<br />
discover new chefs and hidden<br />
gems, ultimately enhancing the<br />
local economy.<br />
