33 YEARS OF PRCA RODEO<br />
Pride. Tradition. Honesty. Excitement.<br />
Here in Norco we take these to an<br />
extreme when we rodeo. We have rich<br />
traditions in our small town and we take them<br />
seriously. We have a dedication to them just as<br />
we have a dedication to our homes, our families,<br />
and our country.<br />
Rodeos were the first absolutely American<br />
sport. Starting in Texas and spreading from<br />
there all over the wild west. It brought together<br />
communities and all walks of life all across the<br />
nation. Ideally, we’d like to think it still does.<br />
In Norco, we keep the tradition of a<br />
rural lifestyle. We believe in the pride of that.<br />
Every summer we celebrate our lifestyle. We embrace<br />
our neighbors, and new friends. We stand,<br />
remove our hats and get chills when they fly<br />
the red white and blue around the arena. Join<br />
us this August and sing along with our national<br />
anthem, acknowledge the men and women who<br />
take their military oath center stage on Sunday,<br />
and keep the pride, tradition, honesty, and<br />
excitement alive in our small part of a much<br />
larger world.<br />
Join the Norco Mounted Posse for their 33 rd<br />
Annual PRCA rodeo August 18 -20. The three<br />
day rodeo features all the Western timed and<br />
rough stock events that fans love! Enjoy the pre<br />
rodeo entertainment, chute tours, vendors, and<br />
food. See the thrilling Bull riding during the<br />
event. Watch Whiplash The Cowboy Monkey<br />
who is truly a fan favorite, a 3-Time Pro Rodeo<br />
Entertainer of the Year, and an international star<br />
who has been putting smiles on faces for years.<br />
We have the young cowpokes showing their<br />
skills during the Mutton Busting event. Post<br />
Rodeo events include the Free K-Frog Family<br />
Dance on Friday night and a 21 and over<br />
after rodeo party on Saturday night, which<br />
will feature Tina Michelle and The Rhinestone<br />
Cowboys and a full bar with happy hour prices.<br />
On Sunday watch the Military Mounted<br />
Cavalry color guard, the military oath of induction,<br />
and our special needs kids who compete in<br />
a series of modified events during the Challenged<br />
Children’s Rodeo.<br />
