Our event showcases races suited for every distance and pace. You can choose from a 5K all the way up to our 100-mile course (featuring a mere 16,000 feet of elevation gain). Our aid stations will provide a variety to suit your needs; the salty, the sweet, and maybe even the indulgent. We are cup-less! Please bring a cup or use water bottles. We go the extra mile (pun intended) to mark the course. You’ll find an abundance of ribbons, signs, and arrows. We designed a loop course consisting of two separate loops-- one loop is 13.5 miles with two significant elevation gains (Pig Farm/ K2 and Old Dam switchbacks), and the other loop is 11.5 miles through the golden hills of Cool. Both begin and end at the Cool Staging Area, Gate #155. Whether you’re an elite runner looking for a challenge, an old hand trail runner, or just looking to take that “next step” in running, you’ll be right at home with us coolmoontrailraces.com/ ANNUAL CLASSIC CAR SHOW AND POKER RUN August 13, 2017 Foresthill Memorial Park 11 am - 3 pm Classic Car Show & Poker Run.
