APPOINTMENTS
Jason Bezuidenhout
Distributor DVS has appointed Jason
Bezuidenhout as Area Sales Manager to maintain
the growing customer base. Jason is the second
Area Sales Manager to join DVS in the last two
months and will be supporting customers based
in Scotland. Jason brings with him a wealth of
experience and knowledge with a background in
CCTV and access control.
Jason Bezuidenhout said: “It’s great to join a
team of like-minded people that put the customer
first.”
The other recent Area Sales appointment was
Andy Waters who will be managing customers in
the West Midlands/North Wales.
Kevin Spencer
ERA has expanded its team
with the appointment of Kevin
Spencer as the new Smartware
Product Manager.
With expertise in intruder
alarms and a wealth of
experience in product
innovation and market
analysis, Kevin has worked in
the security industry for many
years, most recently for
Pyronix.
Kevin said, “With the world
shifting toward smart
technology and smart connected products, I am excited to bring my expertise in
app-enabled internet connected products to ERA, to help to continue to drive the
company into the smart connected world.”
Samantha Brown
The Linx International Group has announced the
appointment of marketing, events and exhibitions
specialist, Samantha Brown as its new Group
Marketing Manager. Based at the group’s main
UK training centre in Hampshire, Sam begins her
tenure with a focus on aligning the marketing and
communications of its three security training
businesses – Tavcom Training, Perpetuity Training
and ARC Training International.
Samantha commented on her appointment:
“Choosing to work for the Linx International

the wealth of knowledge and experience they
possess and who adapt it to meet the challenges
of the industry through the ever-increasing

Graham Lowe
Graham Lowe
has been
announced as
Managing
Director of
Hochiki Europe
(UK).
Having
worked in the
fire industry
since 1979,
Graham has a
wealth of
technical and
sales experience. Plus, with over 21 years
experience at Hochiki Europe, Graham has built
relationships with a number of customers.
One of Graham's key objectives is to
develop an in-depth product range that closely
aligns with the requirements of the customer.
Graham will continue to support investment in
research and development, and will be putting
greater emphasis on integrated building
control systems.
Graham also strongly believes that
continuously investing in high calibre staff will
help to improve efficiency and productivity.
Andy Fyvie
CSL has
announced the
appointment of
Andy Fyvie as
Head of
European
Customer
Development.
Andy joins CSL
from BT where
he gained a
wealth of
experience
within the fire
and security
sector over the last 16 years. He was previously
Head of BT Redcare; responsible for all aspects
of the business and also managed the roll-out
of the Redcare networks in Scotland and
Northern Ireland.
As Head of European Customer
Development, Andy will be part of the
Operational Team working with CSL customers
to provide new service initiatives and product
propositions. Andy commented: “Joining a
company like CSL is a great opportunity. Having
seen the success they have had in recent years
I am looking forward to adding my industry
experience to the team and helping the
company to continue its expansion”.
