Have you ever walked past a building on<br />
your commute to work and wondered<br />
“what goes on in there? Who works there?<br />
And what do they do?” Well, you are<br />
about to be let in on a secret that has been<br />
influencing social and environmental change<br />
in the <strong>Brighton</strong> community for over 15 years.<br />
The Ethical Property Company has been<br />
operating in <strong>Brighton</strong> since 2002, providing<br />
quality space for social impact and charitable<br />
organisations with the aim to create a fairer<br />
and more equal society.<br />
<strong>Brighton</strong> Eco Centre, opposite the station,<br />
was the first building, housing predominantly<br />
peace, environment and development<br />
focused organisations such as Friends of<br />
the Earth and the Low Carbon Hub. This was<br />
followed by <strong>Brighton</strong> Junction, off<br />
New England Street, where charities, small<br />
start-ups and creative businesses are based in<br />
smart and modern workspaces, including <strong>Viva</strong><br />
<strong>Brighton</strong>. More recently, The Ethical Property<br />
Company has 12 small studios within <strong>Brighton</strong><br />
Open Market, showcasing some of the best<br />
creatives <strong>Brighton</strong> is so well known for.<br />
