When you buy a bunch of<br />

bananas, peel all of them and<br />

cut them into 1/2 inch slices. Put<br />

them into an airtight container<br />

and freeze. Frozen bananas<br />

puree wonderfully and make your<br />

smoothies creamier. They also<br />

allow you to use less of a banana<br />

and more fruits or vegetables<br />
