indebted South African credit users, remains<br />
something of a confusing dilemma. Despite<br />
millions of consumers in serious debt trouble,<br />
most Debt Counsellors struggle to find enough<br />
new clients (each month) to remain profitable.<br />
A hidden challenge faces these businesses<br />
called “Drop Off” where the DC could see<br />
hours, or even days of hard work going down<br />
