August started out with a bang for Sandi and hasn’t stopped. Not only did I come aboard<br />
and needed training, but Christa (Sanchez) started two weeks later as well. While training<br />
the two newbies, she has also been learning her new job - that she will soon be moving<br />
into full time - congrats! Her patience and can-do attitude has been a positive influence on<br />
me and has made my first month here a pleasant experience.<br />

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Kagen for his amazing display of teamwork<br />
this week. Our Denver central location inspection had at least 120 meters projected for<br />
inspection, and even though these inspections start on October 3, only three facilities had<br />
responded to my request. On Monday, Kagen offered to call each facility and schedule the<br />
inspections. Here it is Friday, and every facility on our list is scheduled! What a relief!<br />
