READY, SET, float. St Patrick’s
Catholic Primary School pupils
sailed in their own America’s
Cup on Thursday.
They have been learning about
flotation in class for the past few
SCHOOLS
weeks and, as part of their lesson,
pupils constructed their own
boats out of recycled material.
The boats were then raced
along part of the Avon River at
Mona Vale with a big shout
out to Emirates Team New
Zealand.
