LEARNING: A Waihora girls’ rugby team<br />

picked up some skills from the Black<br />

Ferns’ captain. The Waihora under-7 pink<br />

team spent two days during the school<br />

holidays learning from Black Ferns’<br />

captain Kendra Cocksedge. During their<br />

training, the girls learned about tackling,<br />

scrummaging and line outs. They will put<br />

the skills to use in future games.<br />
