The Asian Garden Cooking School in Harewood gives you the chance to experience healthy, fresh, delicious and hands on Asian cooking under the watchful eye of their experienced Thai chefs. The school provides a fun, interactive cookery experience that begins with picking fresh, largely organic ingredients such as lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime and chillies from their garden. After a demonstration, the group gets to put into practise what they have learned and the session ends with the chance to enjoy the meals they have created over a wine or beer and enjoying one another’s company. And if, after all that, you’ve loved the taste you’ve created but don’t have time or access to the same ingredients at home, their in-house store stocks the essentials so you can make the same meals in the comfort of your own kitchen. It’s a great teambuilding alternative, an option for hens’ nights or just a fun family event. They will soon be running night classes and their superb facilities are perfect for guest chefs to demonstrate other cuisine too.
