gear hire and coaching from<br />

OUT AND ABOUT: Enjoy a day in the country exploring the private Middle Rock Farm on the<br />

terraces of the Rakaia River for the annual Hororata Parish bike/run/walk fundraiser on Sunday.<br />

With formed shingle 4WD tracks ranging in distance from 6km to 20km, there will be something<br />

for all ages and levels of fitness. People can start anytime between 10am and 2pm. It will be held<br />

wet or fine at 1160 Coleridge Rd, Windwhistle. No pre-registration required, Just pay cash on the<br />

day – $20 adult; $5 school-age child; free for under-fives; $45 family (two adults/up to three<br />

school children). No dogs allowed.<br />
