the month of December, 2017 was conducted from 2 to 4
pm on Sunday, 14th Jan, 2018, at Amruth Park Land Hotel.
Secretary called the meeting to order. Meeting presided by
Karayogam President started with Lighting of Lamp, Prayer,
Acharya Smarana and Condolences. President welcomed
all E C Members. Secretary, presented the minutes of last
EC meeting. EC passed the minutes. Jt. Treasurer presented
the accounts for the month of December, 2017. E C passed
the accounts.
New Members: President introduced 4 new members: Mr.
Bimal Kumar, Mr. Santhosh Kumar, Mr. Aneesh S and Mr.
Binu M. and Secretary informed that 8 more members, Mr.
Ganesh Anidil, Sri. Madhusudhan M, Smt. Kamalakshi
Pillay, Sri. P. V. Lakshman, Sri. Jayagopi, Sri. Gopakumar,
Sri. Radhakrishna Kurup and Sri. Vijaya Kumar also have
enrolled. E C congratulated the President and Secretary and
approved the memberships of new members.

Executive committee meeting was held at 5.p.m on 7th
January at our office. President Sri Prabhakaran Nair

welcomed the members, which was followed by prayer
and Acharyavandanam. The secretary enumerated the
activities of the Karayogam. KNSS calendars of this year
were distributed to the members. The meeting ended with
vote of thanks by Sri. Chandrashekhar, Vice president of
our Karayogam. The meeting dispersed after singing the
National Anthem. Monthly chitty was also conducted on
this day.
