Shri M. Padmanabhan Nair, Board members Col. Sasidharan Nair, and all Sarayu EC members who attended the meeting. Secretary Mrs. Pushkala Kumari presented the minutes of last EC Meeting. After discussion it was passed by EC. Sarayu Jt Treasurer Mrs. Suja Arun discussed regarding the present status of Sarayu funds. EC unanimously conveyed its sincere thanks to Sarayu President Smt. Jayashree Revi, Secretary Mrs. Pushkala Kumari, Treasurer Mrs. Usha Ramachandran, Mrs. Rajalakshmi Nair for initiating,planning and coordinating the trip to Vellayini Golden Temple, Jalakandeswar temple, Vellore garden and Vellore fort in a very grand manner. It was very worthy both physically and spiritually. All participants enjoyed the trip very well. EC also recorded its thanks to all who attended, helped and participated in the trip EC also decided to transfer the balance amount of trip to Sarayu Educational fund. Mrs. Geetha Bhaskaran was unanimously selected as our Core Committee member. We thank our Karayogam President Sri Bhaskeran Nair who introduced 4 new mahila members. The memberships of Smt. Thankam Menon, Mrs. Jyothi Lakshmi, Mrs. Sajitha Santosh, Mrs. Kavya Kurup and Mrs. Shobha Binu were approved. It was decided to start Malayalam Classes for our kids. In this regard EC decided to send necessary communication to all our members to register their kids’ names for this purposes. Meeting concluded at 6.30 pm with vote of thanks by Mrs Sreeja Vijayan. In her message Mrs. Shree Vijayan conveyed special thanks to our Jt Treasurer Mrs Suja Arun and family for hosting the meeting. EC Meeting on 14-1-2018: The monthly EC meeting and inauguration of our New Office started at 10.30 AM on 14-1- 2018 with lighting the lamp by our respected Chairman Shri Ramachandran Paleri, Adv. Vijayakumar, Mrs. Rajalakshmi, Mrs. Shobhana and Karayogam President, Secretary, Sarayu President and Secretary followed by Prayer and Acharya Vandanam. Our Chairman Mr. Ramachandran Paleri was the Chief Guest of the function. During the inaugural speech Chairman Mr. Ramachandran Paleri, Adv. Vijayakumar, Mrs. Rajalakshmi and Mrs. Shobhana gave good advice and guidelines for the improvement of the Karayogam. Sarayu Secretary Mrs. Pushkala Kumari in her speech conveyed sincere thanks to our Chairman Mr., Ramachandran Paleri, Adv., Vijayakumar, Mrs. Rajalakshmy, Mrs., Shobhana, our Narayaneeyam Group, all Sarayu members, and Karayogam Members who attended the function. After Lunch at Hotel Amrith Park Land meeting was continued at Amrith Park Land Chaired by our Sarayu President Mrs. Jayasree Revi. Sarayu Secretary Mrs. Pushkala Kumari presented the minutes of Last EC meeting. After discussion it was passed. Sarayu President informed about the status of Bank account opening, participation in Mega Thiruvathira and also problems faced presently. All EC members unanimously requested and authorized President and Secretary to sort out the situation for the smooth running of the Sarayu. SARAYU Vice President & KNSS Mahila Core Committee Member Smt. Suja Madhu Nair introduced 7 new mahila members, Sarayu EC congratulated Smt. Suja Madhu. Sarayu EC members approved the member ship of Mrs. Bindu PS (Membership no 73) Mrs. Padmasree (No 74), Mrs. Jayashree (no 75), Mrs. Lakshmi Devi (no 76), Mrs. Jayanthi (no 77) Mrs. Archana Anand (No 78) and Mrs. Rema Vijayan (No 79). Committee members unanimously welcomed the new members. Meeting was concluded at 5 pm with vote of thanks by Jt. Secretary Mrs. Latha Prasad. She conveyed special thanks to our respected Chairman Mr. Ramachandran Paleri, Vice Chairman – I Adv. Vijaya Kumar, Mrs. Rajalakshmi, Mrs. Shobhana, our karayogam EC members and Sarayu members who attended the function.
