The Currituck Chamber of Commerce<br />
recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony<br />
for Full Throttle Fitness located at 113<br />
Baxter’s Lane Suite 10, Moyock. Full<br />
Throttle Fitness is not a gym, it is a fitness<br />
center. They provide one on one personal<br />
training as well as small group sessions.<br />
Rod Elish, owner/trainer is a retired U.S.<br />
Navy officer who works with people of<br />
all levels of ability. He is also dedicated to<br />
help student athletes on how to prevent<br />
devastating injuries.<br />
There are no membership agreements with<br />
Full Throttle Fitness and they work by<br />
appointment only. Call today for a free<br />

Fitness also provides nutritional<br />
counseling and support. Their 3000<br />
square foot facility has a space dedicated<br />
for a massage therapist by appointment<br />
