Integral Leadership Coaching Model
The challenge of integral leadership is to understand all of
the factors (individual capability, behavioral, organizational/
social/cultural, and systems) to know which approaches to
use in a given situation that will produce beneficial change
for the individual and organization.
It involves understanding 'where people are' (their mindsets,
values, goals, capabilities, situational dynamics) and
communicating with them in a way that is appropriate and
helpful, according to their level of development.
