Introduction<br />
“<strong>Coaching</strong> is an on-going partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling<br />
results in their personal and professional lives.” (International Coach<br />
Federation).<br />
<strong>Coaching</strong> is about change: enabling, sustaining and nurturing change as we<br />
develop overtime into improved versions of ourselves. At its core, coaching is<br />
about maximizing human growth and potential.<br />
In this work, we propose a Leadership <strong>Coaching</strong> <strong>Model</strong> based on Ken Wilber’s<br />
AQAL <strong>Model</strong> (1996). Wilber’s Theory is considered by many contemporary<br />
philosophers to be the best foundation for an <strong>Integral</strong> Theory of Human<br />
Development. By providing a wide examination of perspectives on Human<br />
Growth and Change, it offers a framework that perfectly fits to the <strong>Coaching</strong><br />
Process.<br />
