In this quadrant, the <strong>Coaching</strong> Process will support the leader<br />
to define the best strategy to encourage the team’s desired<br />
behavior considering the social organization (organizational<br />
structure, reward system, processes, tools). This step also<br />
supports the leader in the challenges to develop others,<br />
manage conflicts and promote teamwork and collaboration.<br />
