know if it’s the
right time to
invest?
Investing is like buying anything - you
want a good deal and to buy when the
price is low. However, it’s impossible to
predict accurately when prices will be
low or high.
Consider these five questions to decide
whether you should invest or remain
invested:
1) What’s the reason for your investment?
2) Have your circumstances changed?
3) Will selling your investment mean a
large tax bill?
4) What else would you do with the
money?

Investing should always be for the long term (20yrs+) and your money will
always go up and down. Providing your investment portfolio is aligned to
your objectives, sit back, relax, ignore the news and let your investment do
its thing.

It’s now easier than ever to make charitable donations - direct debits or
regular gifts through Just Giving pages. Sometimes though you can’t see
how your money has helped.
Groups and charities in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas may prefer a
small amount of time rather than your money. I volunteer to support Young
Enterprise and Worktree, these groups work with school children to help
them understand adulthood and the world of work. It’s rewarding chatting,
answering questions and seeing the children’s confidence develop as they
discover their right career path.

a gift that money can’t buy.

level of risk you are willing and
able to take.
