Gen X homebuyers are back big-time
The great recession of 2008 hit Generation
X hard. But now, in their prime earning
years and far more likely to have families,
Gen Xers are back. In fact, Gen Xers are
the largest generation that has children still
living at home, according to Jessica Lautz,
director of survey research for the National
Association of Realtors. And they also
happen to be the group making the most
money these days.
Here’s what’s new in new homes:
The Manors at Pevely Farms: An
